The Institute is led by Prof. Olga Boczar, a passionate vocalist, teacher and voice specialist who believes that every voice has its own unique potential. With years of experience on stage, in the classroom and in academic research, she has created a space where artistry meets knowledge, curiosity and care for the voice. The Institute welcomes singers, teachers, and voice professionals who want to grow, explore and develop their voices in a supportive, inspiring, and open – minded environment.
Prof. Olga Boczar is a renowned university lecturer of Polish descent with over 13 years of experience in teaching the art of popular jazz, and musical singing. Her passion for teaching and her proprietary method have attracted students from all over the world for years, who wish to improve their vocal skills. Under her guidance, many talented vocal artists have developed, achieving success on prestigious stages worldwide, as well as singing teachers who seek to enhance their effectiveness in educating and guiding voices through training their own voices, vocal supervisions, and consultations.

Under her guidance, many talented vocal artists have developed, achieving success on prestigious stages worldwide, as well as singing teachers who seek to enhance their effectiveness in educating and guiding voices through training their own voices, vocal supervisions, and consultations.
In addition to her long – standing teaching position at the Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and the University of Rzeszów, Olga Boczar also offers individual lessons, conducts workshops, and masterclasses, sharing her knowledge with students from various corners of the world and different continents. Prof. Olga Boczar continuously broadens her competencies by meetings and knowledge exchange with many distinguished global trainers and speech pathologists, participating in conferences and scientific seminars regarding not only the specifics of voice work but also speech therapy, physiotherapy, psychology and techniques for dealing with stress, stage fright and developing stage resilience.
Olga Boczar is also a vocalist and songwriter actively performing on stage, with over 300 concerts so far. Her third original album, Oddycham, featuring lyrics by Julian Tuwim, premiered in October 2023 and was praised by critics as one of the most beautifully sung vocal albums in years on the Polish jazz scene. The album Tęskno mi tęskno, released in 2018 and inspired by Polish folk music, was ranked among the top 10 Polish albums of 2018 according to Axunarts. For the album Little Inspirations, she was nominated for the prestigious Fryderyki Awards (the Polish equivalent of the Grammy) in 2016 in the category of Fonographic Debut of the Year.
She creates bands and projects with many jazz musicians in both the Polish and European arenas, performing in philharmonics, theatres, radio music studios, important stages and music clubs, at jazz festivals, and during author concerts, mentioning a few such as the International Festival “Jazz Jamboree” in Warsaw, the 50th National Festival of Polish Song in Opole, together with the Eu Jazz Express formation in Budapest, at the TEDXZurich conference in Zurich, during the finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity at Kunsthaus in Zurich, an author concert by special invitation of the President of Poland at the Belvedere Palace in Warsaw, or with the Istvan Gyarfas Trio at Cafe in Budapest, among many others.
In addition to performing on stage, she has recorded for many radio stations and television programs, and her original compositions have been played in various countries, including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, Poland, Norway, Portugal, and Germany.
Since 2017, she holds a doctorate in the artistic discipline – vocal arts, and from 2025 she will hold a habilitation doctorate/associate professorship in the field of music arts.
